By downloading or using Good Fruit you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Good Fruit for personal, non-commercial Bible study.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at hello@goodfruitapp.com.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app
- Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any server or database
5. Bible content
All scripture text is drawn from public-domain translations (KJV, ASV, WEB). We make no copyright claim over scripture text.
6. Disclaimers
Good Fruit is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be available at all times or free of errors.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time in the app or by contacting us.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
